[OKDXA] No Prop

Looks like we are right in the middle of the CME now (13:30 UTC, 4Nov 
21). May get better later today or tomorrow, but 80m was so bad this 
morning that my neighbor 15 miles away and I could barely communicate 
even with 500 watts.
