[OKDXA] ClubLog question...

Within ClubLog, I can look at QSOs and DXCC entities that are 
"Confirmed." Clearly, ClubLog's version of "confirmed" isn't the same as 
a QSL within LoTW as ClubLog's idea of my confirmed DXCC count isn't the 
same as LoTW's (ClubLog's is higher). How does ClubLog determine the 
"confirmed" status?
