Kim,

You are correct.  Early on they made some comments that they didn't care
what the rules were or common practice and that they were going to do it
their way.  Part of that was to say that  if contacts wanted a QSL they
would have to pay.  That put up a red flag for me since that is not
allowed.  That's all.
