OPDX 1517 is now posted online. Here is their write-up:
3D2, FIJI (Operators NOT VALID For DXCC). It has been reported by a few
sources that the ARRL DXCC Desk is saying operations by 3D2DOM, 3D2JK
and 3D2ZK are NOT valid for DXCC. Also, Mike, G7VJR, author of ClubLog,
reported on Twitter (https://twitter.com/g7vjr/) that "3D2ZK is now
suspended from using the expedition mode and OQRS in ClubLog". There has
also been a report that John, K9EL, CQ DX Marathon Manager, states "any
QSOs with 3D2ZK will not count for the 2021 DX Marathon". For more details

It's interesting that the busted.com webpage referred to doesn't really identify who owns it, other than it is Polish... So, all this is speculation now, I guess we wait for an official statement from ARRL. It doesn't look good for Dom and friends though... hi... He has upset a few folks through the years, just by the way he does things, he is a true rebel... This may put a damper on any hopes he has of going to Bouvet... Stay tuned...

Wow.... 3D2 Fiji isn't very high on the most wanted list (#168 on 
Clublog) so I'm puzzled by the whole thing. None of the calls are in my 
log (whew!) and I need Fiji for a band-entity only (12, 17, 30, 40 80 
and 160). What set off such an apparently thorough investigation? If the 
accusations are correct, it looks like they've scammed somewhere north 
of $5k through Clublog's OQRS system and that probably doesn't sit well 
with Clublog... When did all of this come to light?
