[OKDXA] Rebels Busted

There are rumors going around that the YL Op Joanna with Dom and the Rebel
group, operating from Fiji as 3D2ZK, has been operating from Dom's boat and
is thus not a legal op for DXCC. There are also claims that her Polish
license 3Z9JK was forged. It's alleged she used that forged license to
obtain the 3D2 license. Rumor has it that current OPDX Bulletin has info,
but I have not been able to view it online. Here is a website with info:

Informed by ARRL that 3D2DOM, 3D2JK, 3D2ZK are not valid for DXCC. 

This is early in the info cycle, I'm sure much more will soon be coming...
