[OKDXA] Update

Here is what 3Z9DX  (Rebel team leader) said on eham when that rumor was
brought up:

" Where did you get this information from? FT8 testing plans with 5
stations was scheduled for Fiji, Rotuma and Conway Reef(part2) around Mai
and June this year. Actually part of Rebel team is on the way to Fiji. I'm
writing this post from Frankfurt Airport"
