[OKDXA] Poor CDX!

Wouldn't ya know it? I have time today and some tomorrow to spend some 
time on the radio. So I fire it all ups and... Conditions seem poor. 
Then I check propagation WWV indices and space weather forecasts and see 
that they are and...  K index of 4 with a G2 storm in progress. No 
wonder WWV's signal on 10 MHz is so crummy. I'll see what I can dig out 
anyway. It may be a night of only stateside stuff, I guess...
