[OKDXA] VK9CE

An observation regarding VK9CE:
  This morning I started hearing them on 30 meters CW. Within a half hour
they had a decent signal, plenty loud enough to call. I could hear some VKs,
ZLs, and JAs calling up 1 or 2. The op was not working very many stations.
Several times he asked for VK only. Then he quit, just after he was getting
loud enough to call. A few minutes later I saw a spot from a VK for VK9CE on
3650 SSB. Now, a few hours later I see they are spotted on 7175 listening 5
up, working VKs. Doesn't take a genius to figure out what their emphasis
is... This one is going to be hard to work...
