[OKDXA] OKQP 2021

Still need coverage for Canadian and McCurtain counties. I understand 
not having coverage in McCurtain but one would think there are a lot of 
hams in Canadian. I will cover Canadian Saturday if I have to, but quite 
some distance form my planned route on Saturday
