[OKDXA] Upcoming LotW Rewrite

I felt the same as Ken when I read the notes on LOTW. I'm not a super-user
by any means and use local logging software to track activity, awards,
etc. I thought LOTW was simply an alternate means to confirm contacts,
which it seems to work well for that. Uploading to LOTW after contests (or
at any other time) appears fairly straightforward whether manually in TQSL
or through logging applications.

Perhaps there are some features that I don't use that aren't very intuitive
or that don't exist. I agree that a list of fixes or additions to the LOTW
portal might be useful to help some of us understand the need and maybe get
the ideas flowing.

I'll be available to attend the Zoom meeting, but not sure I will if I
don't have anything to contribute.
