[OKDXA] Upcoming LotW Rewrite

I agree with Ken.  I have no problems with LoTW.

I think a lot of the issues are with the software (logging programs, etc.)
that interfaces with LoTW.  I use the DX Labs Suite and couldn't ask for
better.
