[OKDXA] 5T5PA 50.313

5T5PA has just switched to 10 meters FT8 normal mode.   I just worked him at 18:32 UTC on FT8. He has a pretty good signal – about -8. 
Freq 28.074 Mhz.  I have been trying to work him for a month. I still need about 10 more QSLs for get DXCC on 10 meters. If I get DXCC on ten meters I will have
DXCC on all bands 80 thru 10 meters.
