[OKDXA] Rare Grid on 6 meters

I was first copying him on 50.313, lost copy on him, moved to 50.303, and
he was there.  Got him in a couple of calls.  He is still probably on
50.303.  Good luck to everyone getting him.  This was the last grid Jeff
needed to work all US grids on 6 meters!  Congrats Jeff!
