[OKDXA] VK9CE - Cocos Keeling

A group of 10 Australians will operate vacation style as VK9CE Cocos Keeling
from March 16-23. They will operate CW, SSB, FT8 on 80-10 meters. QSL will
be via LoTW, Clublog, EQSL. No paper QSLs will be offered... Yes, that's
right, no paper QSL... You take 10 operators to an entity that is #70 on the
needed list for a vacation style op with no paper QSLs ???
