[OKDXA] DXCC Plaques from ARRL HQ

Hmm. Well, then, would we as a club be willing to make the suggestion to
ARRL HQ? Yes, it will increase their administrative load to do this, but
how many DXCC certificates go out each week, or month? As for plaques,
there has to be a local trophy shop around that can do the job in a
more timely manner. I think we pay for these plaques, though the certs
are part of the application fee, at least for the first one, anyway.
That said, even the trophy shop may get their plaques and medallions
from... China. So, going local on those isn't as local as it might seem.
But the certs could certainly be filled in my a local artist that does
calligraphy for an extra fee.
