[OKDXA] New QSL Card of the Month

I HAVE HIM CONFIRMED ON 20M SSB, AND  MANAGED TO WORK HIM THIS YEAR IN JULY ON 20M CW BUT NO QSL FROM CW CONTACT YET.  HOPE ALL WORKED HIM THAT NEEDED HIM.
