[OKDXA] FT8 and LoTW Docs

Same dude holds a ZL2 call as well.  FT8 guide is very good.

Been on LOTW for year so won't read the other but if he doesn't say it
in his book - UPLOAD AFTER EVERY OPERATING SESSION.
