But I hope the full access doesn't come with the 15 watt EIRP limitation
that many countries get, that the ITU recommends.  I have worked about 40
countries on 60 meters, mostly on FT8.  Still need Asia for 60m WAC.  4X4WN
is on now and then but he either runs a lot of power or has a high noise
level as lots of people reply to his CQs but he just keeps on CQing.'
