Despite being an alum of W5YM, I don't think I ever ran into him.
Looks like his call "moved" when he moved (ex-W2OVC).

What was NYPD's Emergency Services Division is now a "Unit" and ESU
still considered the elite of the department. They are certainly the
ones with "the most toys".
