I found this interesting, International Mail to lots of destinations has
been disrupted due to the Covid-19 pandemic... That direct QSL card may take
a while...

U.S. POSTAL STOPPAGE (Updated as April 29th). The U.S. Postal Service
  continues to "Temporary Suspend International Mail Service" outgoing
  mail to many countries due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The list has really
