[OKDXA] CY0 Sable Island DXpedition

Glad to hear we are supporting it!  I didn't realize that CY0 was that high
on the needed list.  I have it confirmed from 80-6 meter, minus 60 meters.
Hope they will be running FT8 on 160 as that would be my best chance of
getting them on that band with my crummy antenna.

With 2200 meters and 630 meters now being ham bands we can no longer call
160m "topband".
