[OKDXA] CY0 Sable Island DXpedition

The Board of Directors of the OKDXA has approved and I just sent a $100
donation in support of the Dxpedition to Sable Island, CY0, which is
scheduled for October 2020. Sable is currently #56 on the Needed List. The
group includes several very experienced DXpeditioners. It should be a good
operation. Hope the virus panic is behind us by then...
