[OKDXA] VP8 Logs

It took a few minutes but I was able to get a response from the VP8PJ 
on-line log.

I was able to work one new band slot for South Orkney -- namely 80m.  I 
was not able to ever hear the VP8 on either 12m or 10m.  So I obviously 
did not work them on either of those bands. This was a FB operation 
given the very poor place we are with the sunspot cycle. I worked him on 
7 band-mode slots which I guess is OK considering my modest antenna 
setup over here.

So I still need South Orkney on 12m and 10m.

Out of 7 QSOs 4 were on FT8. FT8 made it possible for me to work him on 
80, 40, and 17 even though I couldn't get through to him on CW on those 
bands.
