Hi Jeff and all,
I did work them a few days ago on 160 F/H. At the time, I did not have an amplifier hooked up and was running about 60 or 70 watts. It was very surprising to see them come back.
Even more surprising was last night on 60 m. I don’t have an antenna for 60, but used the antenna tuner on the rig and loaded a 40 m beam. Once again, they came back - this time after about 10 tries.
