[OKDXA] update VU2GSM and VU2MV

I've too have the same problem with that area.

When I made a QSO with VU2CPL on May 18 a small window appeared. India and
Nepal popped up out of nowhere;  I was able to grab
India, but within 10 minutes the window closed, couldn't get Nepal in
time.  From the looks of things I was lucky to get even one of them //Brian
