[OKDXA] update VU2GSM and VU2MV

I picked up VU2CPL on 20M in Mid-May. He was active for a week and
dissapeared. Theres a Sri Lanka Station that's been active on  20m Phone
the past week, but he's MM from the North Atlantic. //Brian  AA5H
