[OKDXA] TI9A LoTW

All 4 of my QSLs are now in LOTW also.   The QSLs for 80m, 30m, and 10m 
were new bands for Cocos Island.
I still need Cocos Island on 12m to have worked Cocos on all HF bands  
-->  At
least 80m thru 10m.

I don't think 160m is considered an HF band. I think stuff below 2Mhz is 
grouped into the Medium Freq band along with commercial AM.
