[OKDXA] TI9A

[Roger Simpson]

I double checked my LOTW status for TI9A.  I misread my query result. I 
have four QSOs for TI9A but I DO NOT have any QSLs from him. I quess 
none of us, including me, have QSLs in LOTW for TI9A.
