I submitted via ClubLog OQRS in Feb and received an immediate LOTW
confirmation.  The actual QSL card still hasn't arrived; I emailed the
(TI9A) QSL manager yesterday, this is what I received:

 As for QSL cards they only started to ship on June 1, when print shop and
post office re-opened from a lockdown. I hope that you'll get your card
soon."
