[OKDXA] Question on Field Remote Operation in Oklahoma

Unless things have changed, Mt Scott is closed during hours of darkness
and previous attempts (long ago) to operate Field Day from there have
been denied. No overnight occupation was allowed. I doubt that things
have changed.
