[OKDXA] XV1X - Viet Nam - Eddy Visser

Have seen several postings concerning XV1X who is back on the air.   I have
been in communication with (XV1X) Eddy Visser and his XYL, Hang; he is
doing well but his eyesight (after his stroke) is almost usable.  Hang has
to read my emails to him and transcribe his replies, but with the help of
his wife and others, he is still on the air.  My XYL is from Viet Nam, and
we visit family in Da Nang for 4 weeks every year, I've asked Eddy for
assistance in securing a Vietnamese amateur radio operating permit for my
next visit in December;  if I can get on the air in Da Nang I will post my
schedule to our OKDXA members and attempts some QSO's.    Brian, AA5H
