[OKDXA] Cycle 25

The tl;dr is that this group, based on their methodology -- looking in
old data for cycle "termination events" which they say influence the
amplitude of the cycle then running process forward -- that SC25 will
be more akin to SC22 and SC23 than SC24.  This contrasts with the
"official" NOAA/NASA SC25 prediction committee who say SC25 will look
a lot like SC24.

We'll see soon enough.  In the meantime, how about that Sporadic E on 6 and 10?
