[OKDXA] Donation to TI9A DXpedition

  The OKDXA board has approved and I have made a $200 donation to the
upcoming TI9A Cocos Island DXpedition. Cocos Island is currently #28 on the
Clublog needed list. The whole island is a national park. In the past it has
been difficult to obtain permission to operate from Cocos. The team consists
of Dima RA9USU, Andrey UA3AB, Mats SM6LRR/RM2D, and Jorge TI2JV. All four
are experienced Dxpedition operators. They plan two camps, 20 antennas, 8
radios, CW, SSB, and FT8. They plan a 7 day operation (max allowed by their
license) beginning Feb. 2, 2020. Here is the URL to their website:
