[OKDXA] 3D2AG/P Tragedy

Thanks for letting us know about the tragedy Jeff, and for the board of
directors for approving this nice gesture.  I believe Tony game me my first
Rotuma QSO on 30 meters one morning when I still lived in Iowa.
