[OKDXA] DXCC Totals Listing

Yes I have been hearing a carrier there also.  Luckily I could still copy
VP8PJ yesterday afternoon on that frequency. Called for 3 hours with no
luck.  3 hours on FT8, I was afraid the rig was going to melt.
