[OKDXA] VP8PJ

I worked them on 40 the first night of ops (late Feb 22 local, mid-day Feb 23 UTC). I could hear them on 80 last night barely well enough to work and was at it for about an hour with zero luck. I’m surprised at how poor the signals are, too.
