[OKDXA] VP8PJ

Good Morning,
  I started hearing VP8PJ on 14.023 about 10 minutes ago (7:15AM local).
They are not loud enough to call yet and seem to be working mostly
Europeans. Heard them loud on 40 last evening, but I went to bed early. They
were quite loud from the boat /MM on 40 the last few evenings. 40 should be
easy to work them in the evenings, once the pileup thins out a bit... Good
luck everyone... This should be a fun show to watch...
