[OKDXA] TI9A - 20 Meter FT8

WORKED THEM ON 15M FT8 F/H THIS MORNING BUT HAD SOME TROUBLE WITH THEM ON FT8 LAST NITE COMPLETEING CONTACT ON 30M FINALLY GOT A COMPLETED CALL.   BEEN CALLING THEM ON 17M SSB TODAY WITH NO LUCK, ONLY RUNNING 100W AND HEX-BEAM AT 23FT.  THEY WERE EASY ON 40M CW LAST NITE WORKED WITH 100W AND DIPOLE AT 20FT.  THEY WERE ON 80M FT8 LAST NITE, NEVER COULD GET THEM.
GOOD LUCK TO ALL GETTING THEM.

  Just witnessed a very strange FT8 sequence from TI9A on 20 meters. His
frequency jumps about 1500 Hz every other sequence... An example: 282, 342
one sequence, then 1782, 1842, 1902 the next sequence. I was calling F/H
mode. He came back to me a few times, then my reply would jump to say 282
one sequence then 1782 the next sequence. But, I never could complete. I
turned off F/H mode, called them on about 1040 with Hold TX Freq Ck'd. They
came back to me after a couple calls and I completed, got the RR73 from
them... Really strange, maybe they are using some software other than WSJT,
don't know, but I have never see that behavior before...
