HI JEFF, I WORKED 3Y5X BACK IN 1989, BUT WAS IN ALASKA SO IT DOESN'T COUNT FOR HERE. SURE COULD USE THEM FOR A NEW ONE. MANAGED TO GET PETER ONE ON ALL BANDS EXCEPT 160M HEARD THEM COME BACK TO MY CALL BUT WHEN I QSLED 160M CONTACT WAS NOT FOUND IN THEIR LOG. I SURE HOPE THE BOUVET EXPEDITION IS AS GOOD AS PETER ONE HI. STILL HAVING PROBLEMS WITH DIGITAL MODES, ON WINDOWS 10 CANNOT RESET TO PAST SETTINGS LIKE XP COULD. HERES TOO PUTTING BOUVET IN THE LOG FOR NEW ONE HI. WISH YOU AND FAMILY A HAPPY NEW YEAR 2021.

Roger:
Here's what I found on Clublog:
LH4C 1962 - November
3Y1VC, 3Y3CC 1977 - February 24, two hours only. About 50 QSOs
3Y5DQ 1978 - December to 1979 - January
3Y1VC 1979 - January to March. 2000+ QSOs
3Y5X 1989 - December to 1990 - January. About 50,000 QSOs
3Y2GV 1997 - February 22, three hours only
3Y0C 2000 - December to 2001 - March
3Y/ZS6GCM 2007 - December
3Y0E 2007 - December to 2008 - February. About 1,500 QSOs
That's all the known operations from Bouvet... No wonder it is the rarest of
the rare ones!
I was lucky enough to work the 3Y5X group in 1989/1990... Hope the Rebel
group is successful and everyone that needs it works them...
73,
Jeff - K5WE

Hopefully the 3rd time is the charm. I took up DXing when I retired from
Silicon Valley in 2005 and moved here to Oklahoma. As far as I know,
Bouvet has not been active since 2005. So I still need it. I still need
Bouvet along with 7 other entities. 73 Roger K5RKS
