I *may* have worked him, but QSB wasn't helpful and have some 
intermittent QRN that sounds like intermod from a phone station, yet 
none are nearby. Oh, well: WFWL!

I've worked OM2XW on 160 before, according to my log, on 31 Dec 2009, 
but no QSL. Now I can try again for two different QSOs!
