[OKDXA] OKDXA Membership Dues Reminder

Good morning OKDXA...

  Thanks to all those who have paid their dues and renewed their OKDXA
memberships... 

  According to my records, the following memberships will expire on December
31st, 2020 :
  AA5H, AC5D, K2BA, K5ADI, K5CM, K5EYT, K5LAD, K8FU, KE5TGZ, N5AQ, N5KW,
N5OHL, N5PJ, N5ZY, W3JDG, W5BM, W5CU, W5RST, W5ZP, WA3OPY, WA9AFM, WB5JJA, &
WB5Q 

  
  You can see when your membership expires by viewing the updated Members
List at:

  You will need to LOGIN to display the members list.

  You can fill out the membership application webform or print out a paper
form at:

  PLEASE NOTE: This works best when you are NOT logged in to the website. If
you are logged in, it takes you directly to the paypal page for payment and
doesn't allow you to fill out the application. 

  Dues are $20 per year for regular membership. Senior membership dues (age
65 and older) are $10 per year. Handicap membership dues are $10 per year. 
Family membership dues are $5 per year. If paying by check, make your check
payable
to OKDXA and mail to the following address:

  If paying via PayPal, make your payment to:

  OKDXAssn at gmail.com 

  Please note this is a NEW paypal address, different than in previous
years.

  Please be sure to include your name and callsign with your payment. 

  One more item, there is a blank on the application for donation to the
OKDXA. If you have the means and care to make a donation to the OKDXA, enter
the amount in the blank. Tnx...
