I'm hearing them at 7238.25 fairly well, but they seem to be having trouble picking calling stations out.

I've worked 'em on 30 and 40 m. I couldn't hear them on 20, but knew
others were working them. They're on7238.1 LSB right now.
Here's the latest spot list for them:
?
?? 7237.9?? WW0WWV?????????? 29-Sep-2019 2211Z?? LSB WWV Event?? wwv100.com <WS7M>
??14180.0?? WW0WWV?????????? 29-Sep-2019 2211Z?? WWV 100th anniversary SE <N1ILZ>
??14180.0?? WW0WWV?????????? 29-Sep-2019 2215Z?? USB WWV Event?? wwv100.com <WS7M>
?? 7238.1?? WW0WWV?????????? 29-Sep-2019 2217Z?? LSB WWV Event?? wwv100.com <WS7M>
I get the impression that the rx site might be noisy, or the ops
inexperienced, possibly both.?? From the soundof it, the current op is a
bit overwhelmed by it all. The path is perfect for us right now and I
just worked him.
