ISTR reading that they had equipment problems *and* space problems at
the complex.  Glad they seem to have it sorted.  Looks like it's been
10 years for me, too.

Longer than that for 4U1ITU.  I've worked 4U1WB (which counts for
UNITED STATES OF AMERICA) a bunch but that guy never uploads to LOTW.
