[OKDXA] TX7T 15 m NOW

I had been listening for about 10 min and there was lots of slow QSB: he
would rise out of the noise and be about 479, then, then rise out again.
He seemed as strong as I'd heard him so I gave him a call hoping I'd
catch a crest. I apparently did and got him the first try. I dropped a
spot and then sent the message. My QSO time was 2316 UTC and I see that
my reflector message made it back to me at 2330 UTC -- I kept mistyping
stuff so it took me 3-4 min after my QSO to get it out. I can only guess
it was a very brief opening since my propagation prediction software
(essentially VOACAP) showed that I should expect the path to decline in
quality pretty fast.
In any event, I've only ever heard them on 15 m in the late afternoon at
my QTH, so that seems to be the time to listen.
73 and here's to an opening on 80 m!
