OKDXA DXers:
At the Green Country Hamfest OKDXA meeting one of the items mentioned for
possible inclusion on the website was a listing of members' DXCC totals,
similar to the DX Ladder of the NCDXC.
I would be willing to accumulate the data and put together a monthly
updated file, suitable for upload to the website. This could probably go in
a new section titled "OKDXA Members DXCC Totals" under the Interests
section. Or perhaps this should go in a "Members Only" section of the
website, and require login for access.
I am soliciting your input to this "DXCC Totals" listing. Send me your
data. Here is the data I will be collecting:
Callsign -
Mixed Current -
Mixed Total -
CW Current -
CW Total -
Phone Current -
Phone Total -
Digi Current -
Digi Total -
160m -
80m -
40m -
30m -
20m -
17m -
15m -
12m -
10m -
6m -
The Current numbers would be Current DXCC entities worked and would
indicate your DXCC Honor Roll status. If you have worked them all, you would
have 340 Current. The Total numbers would indicate Total entities worked
including deletions. The individual band listings are Total entities
including deletions worked on that band.
Send updates to K5WE. Count confirmed QSOs for which you have LoTW-QSL's
or QSL cards. We will operate under the honor system, I don't need or want
any proof, you just count them up and submit your totals. You would not need
to provide data for every column, just those for which you have a count, or
choose to report.
Of course, all this depends upon interest and input from OKDXA members. If
there is insufficient interest or inadequate response of data from members,
I will just drop the idea. If you like the idea of an "OKDXA Members DXCC
Totals" listing on our website, then send me your data. We could start with
a monthly upload of an updated file. Perhaps, if there is enough interest, a
webform could be created later on so you could upload your own data.
What say?

Jeff - K5WE
