[OKDXA] SV2ASP/A Monk Apollo SK

SV2RSG Monk Iakovos is a resident of one of the monasteries on Mount
Athos.  He got licensed in 2015.  He has actually spent some time on the
air but, the last I heard, he had not been given the blessings of the
powers that be.  I am not sure if that "prevents" him from operating from
there now or not.
It would be nice if they would give him the OK now but who knows.
