[OKDXA] Bouvet propagation

Mac just kidding about the amp and three phase power. You should know by
now that I kid a lot. I think I heard at one time there were some Russians
(or over in that direction) that had three phase power for giant
amplifiers. I know there used to be guys I would try to work in contests
that were S9 and could not hear me. Nowadays I am pleased at how well some
of the big guns over there can hear. They have antennas that have gain to
match the power level TX'ed.
