[OKDXA] Bouvet propagation

In the past I gave myself a decent chance to that general area on 40m,  but
nowadays so many have 2 elements or more it is tougher.
Being retired now I can it on 20m as long as it takes and have a chance
while others are working.  Having previously read some of their responses
to questions on their website blog - some of them definitely have an
attitude problem and I would never have thought about any donation to them.
But maybe I am not seeing the whole picture (as usual).
