[OKDXA] Oklahoma QSO Party

We need to get participation from within OK up.  Maybe eliminate the
various classes and stick to kow powr/high
power and mixed mode only. I love CW but I'd et on SSB too if it was in the
rules.  I think I heard a couple of mobiles this year.
I did my part and reminded the local club about the qso party, but I don't
think they know how to use anything but an HT.
