[OKDXA] Contest University at HamHoliday 2020!

It's been brought to my attention that I must make a clarification: this
proposed event is NOT, in ANY WAY, associated with or part of Contest
University or CTU (both are trademarked). It is completely independent
and unassociated with Contest University but instead is a proposed
informal event with Frank Donovan. So, if this event occurs, you will
not be at a Contest University or CTU event. I want to make sure that
this is clear so that none of you feel misled and make certain that this
is not improperly thought to be otherwise.

If, after this clarification, you are no longer interested in attending
or helping in such an informal event, feel free to let me know.

73,

Kim N5OP
